my design philosophy
I founded CentralFlow to fill a gap in our industry. Far too many consultants make their money by (1) reselling the same canned solution over and over and (2) squeezing customers for billable hours when their code has bugs that requires support.
We have the opposite business model: (1) interpret the client’s business needs through effective communication, (2) tailor each solution to meet the unique requirements with the lowest complexity possible, and (3) transfer responsibility and ownership of the solution to the client so that we can move onto the next problem.
This design philosophy keeps costs low for our customers, minimizes the risk of production-disrupting bugs, and keeps us innovating.

In addition to being a Microsoft Partner and Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider indirect reseller, CentralFlow requires its consultants to have at least one Microsoft certification in their area of expertise. On average, each employee has 2, and the principal developer has 6 with over 85 hours of Microsoft Learn training logged (see Microsoft Learn transcript). We understand the software we are using and its many applications.
